We’re located in Murphy, TX, just minutes from Plano, Wylie, Garland, Richardson, and Sachse — an easy drive for morning or evening shifts.
🔑 What You’ll Do
Coach small group training sessions with professionalism and high energy
Apply personalized workouts using the Alloy app and systems
Guide and motivate clients of all fitness levels to reach their goals
Build meaningful relationships with members in a strong community atmosphere
Be a positive presence on the floor — coaching, cleaning, engaging, and supporting
Collaborate with a fun, mission-driven team focused on delivering results
✅ Daily Responsibilities
Arrive 30 minutes before shift to prepare
Review client details & goals in the Alloy app
Lead training sessions according to the Alloy method
Track sessions and progress notes
Follow up with no-shows and promote the “message of the week”
Help close the facility at the end of the shift (rotating)
💪 Qualifications
Previous experience as a personal trainer or fitness coach (group or individual)
CPR/AED/First Aid Certified (or willing to get certified)
Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
Passion for helping others
Ability to coach all fitness levels with energy and empathy

🕐 Schedule
Part-time hours available (15–25 hrs/wk) with potential to grow into full-time (30–40 hrs/wk)
Morning shifts (approx. 6am–12pm)
Evening shifts (approx. 4pm–8pm)
Rotating Saturday mornings
